Who delivers my package?
We have numerous carriers that we use depending on where you are located and what size package(s) we are sending you.
For the majority of deliveries we use Couriers Please as we have found them to offer a quick, reliable service Australia-wide.

Where is my package being sent from and how long does it take to arrive?
All items are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse and the transit time is dependent on your location.
All orders are dispatched on the same / next business day.

*The above transit times are approximate only and are for deliveries to the capital city metro areas. Areas outside of the major metro zones might mean an additional day or two is added to the transit time.
Orders are dispatched same / next business day (depending on time of order), the above timing is from the date that your goods are dispatched from our warehouse.
If you are awaiting a delivery which you believe should have arrived, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will chase it up.
Can I track my shipment?
Of course! Every shipment includes tracking data.
We send you your shipment tracking information once your goods have been collected from our warehouse.

What currencies can I pay with?
All listed pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and is inclusive of GST.
During checkout, you will be charged Australian dollars for your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit cards (VISA / Mastercard / AMEX) or PayPal.
After entering your delivery details in the checkout screen, you are directed to the payments screen where you can choose your desired payment method and complete your purchase.
